By emulating the unique highlight retention and soft grain of premium analog emulsions characterized by their gentle roll-off and luminous mid-tones—LV1 ensures your photos feel like a dream. Step 1 — White balance first. LV1 assumes a neutral to slightly cool starting point — 5,000-5,400K for outdoor daylight. The muted character reads most naturally on a neutral foundation. Warm white balance before applying can soften the refined quality.

Step 2 — Apply LV1 Muted Clean. The selective desaturation, clean contrast, and film grain apply simultaneously.

Step 3 — Adjust Exposure and White Balance per photo. LV1 handles the muted luxury identity. These two adjustments handle the per-photo differences.

Portrait photography with LV1: add Orange Luminance +6 after applying to keep skin present within the muted palette. LV1's desaturation can flatten skin luminance — the targeted lift restores presence without adding warmth.
